Jonathan Goodwin is a Project Assistant with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where he assists in the strategy, documentation, and deployment of technologies that support NDI’s programmatic democracy assistance worldwide. Previously, Jonathan managed a canvassing office for the Fund for the Public Interest on a clean water campaign and worked at his alma mater’s IT support hub. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Purdue University, where he worked in student government, campaigns, service, entrepreneurship, political science, and building a music scene. After-hours, Jonathan writes about emerging musicians in the DC area, struggles to play guitar, enjoys a well-earned craft beer, and adventures out into this high-velocity rock called Earth. One can typically find him pounding the pavement for some live music or a new restaurant to satisfy his burgeoning foodie lifestyle.
